Foundations of Yoga
The real foundations, taught clearly. Our classes have intelligent sequencing that intertwine mobility, flexibility and strength preparing the body for life.
Each practice has a focus such as Hip opening, Lower back care, Hamstring strength and length to ensure we move freely and with control.
At Yam we understand Yoga goes further than movement, so classes include a short meditation and breath focus to relieve stress, ease tension and aid burnout recovery.

Join a community at Yam Yoga
When joining a class your joining a group of people focused on self care and development.
You’ll have access to Jack, the founder to ask questions outside of lessons, gain insight into how to apply the lessons to real life.
Each Sunday at 9:30am Jack teachers for the charity Park Yoga. Free in person classes where you can meet the rest of the Yam Yoga collective.
