Biography
Yoga
The practice of yoga has been an integral part of my journey for 5 years, transforming my mind and body. A deep connection rooted in mindfulness has been cultivated through movement.
My passion for sequencing coupled with a detailed anatomical understanding of the body allow classes to feel rhythmical and built upon a solid foundation. I see joy in a student's personal development and ensure each journey is individually respected.
Philosophy, breathwork and meditative aspects of yoga are intertwined into the classes, allowing for growth on the mat to be impactful in all aspects of life.
After teaching in Cambodia, Sri Lanka and the UK I’m excited to develop online programmes to suit each stage of the journey.
Life
After living in London for 3 years I felt the need to explore the world, leaving the corporte world behind I’ve had the opportunity to travel the world.
Having the opportunity to backpack through Eastern Europe I found a passion for mountaineering. This has taken me to 6350m in the Himalayas, a 500km hike across the UK on the coast to coast and summits in Northern Africa.
I adore journalling, sketching and reading all types of literature.
Through Yoga I’m hoping to share the full version of myself.
