Jack, the founder of Yam Yoga
I found Yoga 5 years ago, due to a slipped disc, leading me to respect and care for my body.
After reclaiming my body, I spent 6 months in the Himalayas of India learning the diversity that Yoga offers. Since then I’ve had the chance to teach in Sri Lanka, Cambodia and the UK.
Passion flows into each practice, this is my life and I’m embracing sharing Yoga.
Classes are intertwined with concious movement, providing with variations so each individual feels supported. I pride myself on underdstanding this ancient philiosophy, bringing the wisdom to the modern world.
